RECOMMENDATIONS
This is a list of my favorite products that I would buy over and over again. These recommendations cover a bit of everything: skincare, body care, productivity products, and kitchen gadgets! Whether you are looking for a new self-care favorite or a great home product, I recommend these products to everyone.

The KeepCup
The first favorite is the KeepCup.
If you are in the habit of having your coffee outside every morning or even from time to time, why not consider investing in a KeepCup? It’s the perfect reusable and durable cup that you can bring everywhere with you and ask your barista to pour your favorite coffee or tea in. You have several options in terms of sizes, colors and materials.
My favorite one is the glass cup with a cork band. But you can choose whichever one you fancy and bring it everywhere with you. I have personally been bringing it to work with me and use to drink my tea (I’m big on tea!) all day long.

Baiden Mitten
I try to have a little me-time every week and this usually entails a warm bath with Epsom salts and my Baiden Mitten. I had tried various body scrubs prior to getting this mitten, and I never really had one that stood out to me. On top of that, I hated to have this big jar lying taking space around in my tub, and getting limestone marks all around the bottom of the jar.
A few years back, I tried to start replacing products that didn’t have earth-friendly packaging with ones that were more sustainable. The switch was super easy for me because I wasn’t super attached to my scrubs and as soon as I tried the Baiden Mitten, I was blown away by its efficiency. It’s super easy to use and gets the job done! You just let it dry after you used it and it will be waiting for your next bath patiently. I love it!

My Dry Brush
My next recommendation is a dry brush. I love to use it after my workouts because I have noticed significantly reduced soreness the next day when using it. I dry brush my whole body that I am getting all the benefits: lymphatic drainage, exfoliation, and cellulite reduction. I recommended the brush to two of my girlfriends who wanted to reduce their cellulite and they saw their cellulite marks diminish after just using it for 7 days straight.
This brush is part of my me-time moment alongside the Baiden Mitten and my best friend after a tough workout!

Typology
Typology is a French skincare brand I have now been using for the past year and I love it (which is why it is part of the recommendations list…duh!). Their philosophy is transparency on their ingredients and a short ingredients list for maximum efficiency. I have tried quite many of their product from them over the last year, I even got my husband to use them. Let me tell you that this is a feat in itself because skincare was not really part of his routine.
Their packaging is minimalist, which I love, and uses for the most part recyclable material such as glass jars and aluminum tubs. A win in my books!

Kindle
Growing up I have loved reading and books. I have a whole collection of those little paper jewels! I was very particular about my books not being scruffed or damaged in any way. I loved them so much…until I move around for university and could not carry them with me from place to place anymore. It was around that time that I started to think of investing (I was a student a the time and a Kindle was a bit pricy) in a Kindle. I didn’t pull the trigger quite yet, but it was in the back of my mind. I was however still resistant because I would be losing the feeling of turning the pages, having the physical book in my hands, which were all part of the experience of reading for me at the time.
One day I decided to get it…and boy do I not regret my choice! I love reading on it and I love the convenience of having a whole library in my handbag! Another benefit: the space I freed up in my flat by not having my 3 childhood bookcases! Lo-ve it!

The 5 Minute Journal
This recommendation and the next one are from the same company, Intelligent Change. The first one is the 5 Minute Journal. This journal has become quite popular amongst entrepreneurs and those looking for a little bit more gratitude in their life. The creators have really seen an added value in focussing on the things you are grateful for in your life. They compare it to the habit of brushing your teeth, which you do daily. You should form the habit daily to be grateful. Grateful for the little things, the big things, all the things!
You can easily forget the great things and focus instead on the annoying stuff, the things that did not turn out well. This really has an impact on your mindset and not just on the long hold, but immediately, because as they say :
“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.”
Henry FORD
It’s easy to rush this practice in the morning, but if you can try and really be invested in the process and the all the positive effects unfold in your life!

The Productivity Planner
In the past year, the majority of us have discovered the joys of homeworking. Personally, I love working from home, but you can sometimes lose focus between what needs to be done in your home and your work-life.
To help maintain the focus and tackle the most important tasks, I love using the Productivity planner! It helps me focus on the 3 most important todos of the day and feel accomplished at the end of the day, rather than defeated because I only got 2 or 3 things done that day. This planner helps you revisit what constitutes a “good day at work”. I feel much lighter at the end of the day looking back at all the things I did and it helps me plan my week out, which is very helpful.
These are all my favorites and all the things I would love to recommend you try it out!
